Pair Sheraton style chairs with fine string inlays c.1900

This beautiful pair of chairs were crafted circa 1900 in England.

Made in the lovely Sheraton style, this pair have been finely crafted by highly skilled craftsmen. They are made from rich mahogany, and feature fine satinwood string inlays on most external parts of the chairs. There are also decorative diamond motifs inlaid for contrast on the back of the chair. The carvings are exceptional to the back of the chair, and beautiful gently curved legs are a highlight.

The tapestry upholstery is in excellent condition.
