Sheraton style carver chair with fine string inlays c.1900

This beautiful carver chair was crafted circa 1900 in England.

Made in the lovely Sheraton style, this chair has been finely crafted by highly skilled craftsmen. It is made from rich mahogany, and features fine satinwood string inlays on most external parts of the chair. There are also decorative diamond motifs inlaid for contrast on the back of the chair. The carvings are exceptional to the back, and beautiful gently curved legs are a highlight.

The tapestry upholstery is in excellent condition.
