Impressive Hungarian Zsolnay blue and gilt plate c.1870

This beautiful richly coloured plate hails from Hungary c.1870.

In hues of bright blue and gold, this plate could have been made yesterday as it is in that good a condition and wonderful quality. It comes from maker Zsolnay who are renowned for their high quality porcelain and glazing.

One for the collectors, this plate can be displayed on a wall or added to a display cabinet for a splash of bright colour.
