This super quality half tester double bed was crafted in England circa 1870.
Made from elegant burr walnut, this bed has been beautifully carved and is very grounded in its stature. The legs feature soft curves to the corners so there are no accidental leg injuries when walking past or making it.
It has been wonderfully reupholstered and features jewel tones of emerald green and burgundy drapery to the top and rear. This drapery is finished with tassels as a luxurious embellishment. The headboard has also been upholstered so it is soft to sit up against.
A fabulous bed fit for a king or queen!
