William Moorcroft bowl (AF) in Wisteria Plum pattern c.1940

This wonderful shallow bowl by Artist William Moorcroft features the wisteria plum pattern and was crafted circa 1940.

It displays lovely rich colours of yellows, pinks, and purples with green foliage on a navy blue glazed base. Its soft curves make this a beautiful bowl as a centre piece on a small table.

This bowl has a small 2cm hairline crack from the top rim. Does not detract from this beautiful piece!
