26/04/2023A L’Esperance Henri Godchat Marble clock
This elegant French garniture mantle clock was crafted by Henri Godchat of A L’Esperance, Paris circa 1880.
It is made with a beautiful cream Sienna marble and stands proud in it’s 3 piece form. The mounts are made from ormolu (gilded bronze) and are a lovely feature on this antique mantle clock.
The numbers on the face are an equally stunning detail and this antique clock would suit any heritage home’s mantle piece or as a stand out on a sideboard.
