19th century English single door pier cabinet with ormolu mounts c.1890

Introducing a lovely English pier cabinet from the late 19th Century.

Crafted circa 1890, this cabinet features a single glazed door with 3 shelves within, perfect for displaying your porcelain collection, books, or other treasures. It has been beautifully ebonised and features decorative ormolu mounts and satinwood inlays. Edges have been gilt and add that extra “bling” to the piece. A lovely addition is the handpainted floral plaque which adorns the top centre of the cabinet. The cabinet rests on round feet.
