Mahogany specimen box with drawers c.1880

This lovely specimen box is filled with character!

Crafted in England circa 1870, this box features 6 small drawers, perfect for storing jewellery. It has the original brass handle to the top, and brass knobs on all drawers. 2 brass hook catches latch on to the sides to keep the lid securely closed if needed.
