A superb late 19th century English Sheraton Revival display cabinet by the renowned makers Waring & Gillow, dating to circa 1890. Crafted in beautifully figured mahogany, the cabinet is enriched with elegant satinwood crossbanding and delicate marquetry swags, showcasing the exceptional craftsmanship for which the firm was internationally celebrated.

The upper section features two glazed display doors with graceful Sheraton-style astragal glazing bars, flanked by attractive bowed glazed corner panels that create a light, elegant appearance while offering panoramic display from multiple angles. The finely inlaid frieze is complemented by satinwood stringing throughout, while the slender tapering legs support a beautifully pierced undertier, adding further refinement to the design.
