19th century bronzed cavalier figure of Don Juan c.1880

This large bronzed spelter figure is cast of the cavalier “Don Juan”.

Standing at an impressive 94cm in height, this figure has been beautifully cast and displays a large amount of detail. Made from spelter with a bronze coating, Don Juan holds a movable sword and sits on a purpose made timber base.

This striking figure was crafted circa 1880 and would make a wonderful statement piece on a pedestal or sideboard.
